Summer 2020 Events

Although nothing can compare to being at camp, our team has been working hard to develop events and activities to keep our campers connected this summer.

We will have regular live-streamed Vespers and campfires, opportunities for campers to join us on Zoom for crafts and other elective activities, special theme meals that we can take part in together and share on social media, online challenges, at-home camp activities, and much more. These online activities will all be offered free of charge. The calendar below includes all the details you’ll need. Be sure to follow us on social media so you won’t miss a thing!

Also, we’re excited to announce the opportunity to enjoy a family getaway at Camp Hermosa this summer. We will be offering cabin rentals to families on a half-week and full-week basis. Your meals will be included and you’ll be able to sign up for family time in the pool, archery range, and more. This is a great chance to enjoy a peaceful, physically distanced week at camp with a small number of other camp families. We are now taking bookings for cabin rentals for late July and through August.

Everyone is Welcome!

For over 90 years, Camp Hermosa has been a safe place for campers to make new friends, strengthen relationships, learn new skills, and explore their faith in a beautiful natural setting.  We can’t wait to see you this summer!

Your tax-deductible donation will make a difference in the lives of our campers this summer. Play a vital role in the legacy of Christian camping by giving today! We can’t do it without you.

Camp Hermosa means, quite simply, everything. It means friends, fellowship, and faith. It means that I have a chance to connect with Christ on a more intimate level, on a day-to-day basis.

Camp has influenced and built into so much of my life that I can’t imagine a life without it.
